A line cook at Lua Brewing helps with daily back-of-house operations by contributing to a strong team culture, executing dishes with consistency, and maintaining high culinary and cleanliness standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team and leadership to ensure smooth service, while helping upholding Lua's operational standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and can problem-solve in real time (and, who wants to have fun!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up station with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service
- Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in every plate
- Manage high-volume ticket flow during service while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with BOH team to ensure proper timing and coordination of dishes
